The Gap
Talati Foods had built three decades of trust as an Indian household staple - spices, flours, desserts, instant mixes. As the brand looked to grow its retail presence and reach new markets, the need for a cohesive, consumer-ready visual system became clear. Some products were due for fresh packaging, others needed their existing designs adapted to new formats, and the brand had an opportunity to show up more fully at the retail level - beyond just the packet.
The Approach
The scope here was broader than a typical packaging project. We worked across two tracks simultaneously: designing fresh packaging for products that needed it from scratch, and thoughtfully adapting existing artwork into new dimensions -preserving the brand equity already built into those designs while making them shelf-ready and print-accurate. Alongside this, we created a set of retail-facing flyers and in-store posters to give Talati a presence beyond the packet itself. Every touchpoint, old or new, was treated with the same standard - consistent, considered, and consumer-ready.
The work images attached used AI to create mockups, actual designs are not as distorted as they might look in the images.
The Work

The Outcome
Talati launched with a unified visual presence across their product range and retail touchpoints. A brand with decades of trust behind it now had the design system to match - ready for the shelf, the store, and wherever they go next.
We didn't want to change who we are, we wanted the world to finally see it clearly. That's exactly what OTP delivered.
