The Premise
Freelance work rarely lives in one place. Finances in a spreadsheet. Projects on a board. Notes somewhere else. Born from our own experience, gryndset explores a simpler way to keep the essentials together—with data staying on your device.
The Direction
Clarity at a glance. We designed and built gryndset around a simple priority: making the essentials of freelance work easy to see in one place. Finance tracking, project boards, habit checklists and notes share a restrained dark interface, with clear hierarchy keeping the overview readable and the details within reach.
The aim was to bring these tools together without turning the dashboard into another thing to manage. Privacy shaped the product too: data stays in the browser, with no account required and portable backups for moving between devices.
We also created the gryndset website to introduce the app, explain its features and give visitors a direct route to explore it.

Bringing tools together is only useful if the result stays easy to read. gryndset demonstrates how a focused interface can give several everyday tasks a shared home, with clarity and control guiding the experience.
