These terms govern your use of On The Pieces' services and digital platforms. By accessing our studio's output, you agree to these modular parameters.

Service Terms
On The Pieces provides creative strategy, digital design, and brand identity services. Each project is defined by a specific Statement of Work (SOW). Our services are delivered modularly, ensuring that every piece of the project aligns with the client's strategic vision.
Project timelines are estimates and subject to iterative feedback cycles.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary assets and approvals within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property
All creative concepts, designs, and code remains the property of On The Pieces until final payment is received. Upon completion and settlement, the client is granted a perpetual, worldwide license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
Our Assets
Proprietary methodologies and "The Digital Curator" framework remain ours.
Your Assets
Final specific logos and campaign assets transfer to you.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall On The Pieces be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our creative output. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by the client for the specific project segment in question.

Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 15 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. All non-paid assets must be returned to On The Pieces.
